We are seeing reports of users being unable to connect to our services. Telemetry indicates issues for UK users on Virgin Media Broadband, as well as some other UK routes. This is localised and without issue for the majority of UK providers, other users or monitoring locations globally.
Globally there is a spike in website outages reported, primarily in west Europe.

Final update - Vendor support root cause analysis (RCA) identified that the issues were due to an incident in Roubaix, France, affecting internet backbone traffic between 5:01pm and 5:40pm CEST.
